  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds, grounded
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Drink it fresh.

Note: If you are using organic apples, do not peel them.
