I started on a weight loss healthy eating program around this time last year. The basis of the program was to replace one, or up to two, meals a day with healthy smoothies, then have a healthy meal in the evening. It was the most successful program I’ve ever followed. I always felt full and never felt I was on a diet. As a result, I’m a strong advocate for meal-replacement smoothies!

This recipe is based on one from Brooke Griffin at SkinnyMom. Brooke uses protein powder, but we have given substitutes to use REAL food instead of processed.
