Recipe: The Red Yellow and White Smoothie that’s Really a Green Smoothie

Serves 2; 168 cals per serving, without the toppings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups loosely packed baby Spinach (organic)
  • 1/2? slice fresh Ginger root
  • Banana, pre-sliced, frozen
  • 1 small Mango
  • 1/2 cup Beet juice, or 1-2 fresh, cooked Beets
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk, or milk of choice
  • 4-6 Ice cubes

Optional Topping:

  • 1 tsp Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Oats

Blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
