Smoothies are a great option for a quick, healthy breakfast.

This one is my absolute favorites. It’s a cinch to make and it’s chock full of fiber, protein, antioxidants and vitamin C.

If you’re not familiar with psyllium husks, you must get to know them. Your body will thank you. Fiber is good. And mixed into this smoothie, undetectable.
