Recipe: Weight Loss Program: Cherry Berry Smoothie

Makes about 12 ounces; easily doubled
Approx 159 cals; with yogurt, 209 cals

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Water OR 1/2 cup Water + 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sweet Cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 cup young Thai Coconut Meat
  • 1/2 tsp alcohol-free Vanilla

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
