Recipe: Nut Banana Flax Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana, ripe, frozen
  • 2/3 cup  Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup non-fat natural Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed, ground
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2-3 drops Almond Extract
  • 4 Ice cubes (optional)

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
