Since Roman times lemon water has been glugged or sipped by those in the know, and more recently seems to have seen a revival in interest from the health & fitness world in particular.
So when I came across this article by Dr Josh Axe where he explains exactly what lemon water is, its nutrient content, benefits to health, gives examples of recipes and other ways to use lemon water, I thought I pass it on.
The main question of course, as Dr Axe says, is this:
