Diets don’t have to be at starvation level. Eating good, nutrient-rich, fresh foods with plenty of fiber will fill you up so you hardly notice you’re on a diet.

I found this interesting meal replacement smoothie – the recipe is on the next page.  It is higher in calories to ensure it will be filling, yet Katharine at GreenThickies says she loses weight with it.  Sounds good to me so I’m off to give it a go!
