It can pack about 1/3 of your daily fat requirements, if that’s what you’re into. It’s low in carbs, low in sugar with a moderate amount of protein. Perfecto!

If you’re rockin’ the ketosis* like me, add 1-2 tablespoons of MCT oil, 1-2 tablespoons of Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil or flavored fish oil, and/or a handful of raw macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds to this smoothie to make it a Fat Bomb!
