I love my green smoothies, don’t get me wrong, but every now and again I crave another color – and not a ’mud’ color either, lol! It seems not many things mix with green to give lovely, vibrant shades.

Berries give a lovely rich color and are so good for you, full of Vitamin C and antioxidants, but, as I said, when mixed with green it becomes mud. So how about mixing berries with blood oranges to get a more vibrant color?
