It’s interesting how even the same smoothies can be so different.

We seem to be having a series of blueberry smoothies as we have another one for you. It wasn’t the intention, but as blueberries are so good for us we’ll run with it, lol!

Blueberries are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and even some protein which is unusual for a fruit.
