This simple, tasty smoothie has only three ingredients and only 115 calories – great if you are on a diet. Of course, you could vary the fruit and substitute coconut milk for the coconut water. Or add oats and a tablespoon of hemp seeds for protein and fiber. You’d still have a great smoothie, but a completely different one, lol!

Just how much you add and what you go for will probably be determined by the time of day and whether you want a meal or a snack.
