Recipe: Make-Ahead Strawberry Peach Weight Loss Green Smoothie

Serves 3; 221 cals per serving


  • 1 cup / 166 g Strawberries, sliced fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup / 115 g diced or sliced Peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups / 60 g fresh Spinach or Kale or Swiss Chard
  • 3 tbs / 45 g Peanut Butter (or Sunflower Seed Butter or Almond Butter)

Freeze the items above in reusable bags and take out when ready to make your smoothies.

Do not Freeze the following, but Add at the Last Minute:

  • 2 Bananas (236 g), the riper the sweeter
  • 1 cup Milk (any kind) or Water

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
